We know how hard our staff works to provide the best end-of-life care possible. We also know that you first have to care for yourself before caring for others. For that reason, Hospice and Palliative Care provides employees with an array of financial and health benefits. We also ensure that the salaries we offer are competitive for the Los Angeles area. Below prospective employees can learn about the many benefits we provide. 

Medical plan. In addition to an employee medical insurance plan, we also offer a unique Healthcare Savings Account that can help pay for medical expenses that arise. This savings account also has an employer contribution.

Dental and vision insurance. Employees receive comprehensive dental and vision plans that provide an extensive network of providers.

Life insurance. Employees can enroll in life insurance coverage for themselves, their spouse, domestic partner, or dependent children.

Disability insurance. Short- and long-term disability insurance is available for employees.

401(k) plan. Eligible employees can enroll in a 401(k) plan so that they can plan for retirement through pre-tax payroll deductions. Hospice and Palliative Care pays a matching contribution, thereby allowing employees many investment opportunities.

Cancer/critical illness. This optional benefit helps employees screen for and manage any critical illness or cancer diagnosis that may arise.

Supplemental accident insurance. When employees opt for this optional insurance, they can receive cash payouts for minor and major accidents.

Hospital indemnity insurance. Employees receive cash benefits if they get hospitalized due to an accident or illness.
